Leisurely walk full of an array of trees, plants, and water features to find. We hiked with a dog who loved the twists and turns along this easy walk. The crosswalks that traversed main roads were well marked and trail was bright and clean. There was little to no felt elevation, which we were looking for on this smooth hike. We'll definitely return again.

Did a quick morning walk beginning at the blueberry farm and ending at Phantom Lake and back (2.9 miles). The trail was beautiful and didn’t feel like being in a city, despite a couple road crossings.
Recommend downloading a map because there are a lot of spurs and options for extending the route.
I will definitely be back! #hikethestate

Meet up with 4 friends at the Larsen Blueberry Farm on 148th for a Lake Hills Greenbelt walk and catch up at 9:00 AM. The bathrooms were open and stocked with supplies. It was 42 degrees with mostly sunny skies. We went south on the LHG to the Bellevue Demonstration Gardens / Pea Patch, Phantom Lake and then made a loop east on the lake to lake trail around Lake Hills Park and back through Trillium Middle School / Phantom lake
Elementary campuses. For a 4.3 mile outing. Spring is here- we saw current, Oregon grape, Indian plum in full bloom. Fun sighting of the day was 2 great horned owls in a stand of conifer trees across 156th entrance to Phantom Lake Park. Another fantastic day out in nature with friends.

Quick walk late Sunday morning between chores along the Phantom Lake and Lakehills Greenbelt trails. Parking at Larsen Lake trailhead lot is free and plentiful, (more free parking at Phantom Lake as well.) Restrooms were open and in good condition at both Larsen and Phantom lakes. The big trail condition issue currently is flooding with both access to the dock at Phantom and basically the entire NE corner of Larson Lake flooding over the trail. It’s kinda looking like this will be the new normal during some winter periods from now on. It isn’t super deep so if you have a pair of tall rubber boots that would work. Other than this flooding, the rest of the trail networks were in good condition.
Not much in the way of wildlife out but some ducks at the lakes, a few early robins looking for worms plus a single juvenile bald eagle way up in a poplar and a single adult flying high overhead. But there are still some nice views with the bright colored tree bark shining in the few sunbreaks. A nice, easy little walk with lots to see if you are in the area.
