Went for a hike at Joseph Whidhey State Park. This a relatively small park but makes up for it with the great views of the ocean and beach as well as San Juan Islands and the Olympic Mountain Range. Animal friendly but no camping other than Marine Ocean Trail site for those kayaking the Ocean Trail of Washington. This is hike 7 of 50 planned this year at age 50. If you are visitng Oak Harbor or the north end of Whideby Island take a hike through this park. Very clean with spectacular views. Here are links to my videos of this park and other parks and trails I have done in Washington State on my youtube channel at lmm3181. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2DvODDHlww
