Hiked along Bumping lake
6/13/98 - 6/14/98. Spent most of the first day working around blowdowns and trail wash-outs. hiked about 4 miles trying to find the west end of the lake, but ended up back tracking about 1 mile to a nice campsite beside the lake. The good news is that by the time we were back tracking, the rangers and volunteers had removed most of the blowdowns from the trail. The trail at Cedar creek is totally washed out and the trail on the other side is hard to find off to the left about 50 feet. All in all it was great weather and a very good time had by all.
